Through resources and support, the Augustana University Office of Student Eng年龄ment empowers students to become leaders of tomorrow. The Augustana Office of Student Eng年龄ment offers workshops, service- and experiential-learning opportunities that equip students with the skills needed to lead with confidence, integrity and vision. By becoming leaders, students can influence positive change, inspire others and make a meaningful impact in their community and beyond.

Students at Augustana University create meaningful learning opportunities through involvement in campus organizations where they learn to serve and lead.

• There are more than 80 recognized student organizations at Augustana, including Union Board of Governors, which hosts free Friday night events.
• By participating in a student organization at Augustana, students will gain valuable leadership experience, as well as build relationships with other leaders on campus and work toward common goals.

As one of Augustana University's 五大核心价值观, service is a critical component of the AU experience, and there are many ways to get involved in the community. 

• Service-learning at Augustana University means using time, talent and resources for the sake of the neighbor. It requires active reflection and enhances students’ sense of personal values and civic responsibility.

• Student Eng年龄ment hosts weekly “Lunch & Learn” sessions every Wednesday during the lunch hour. Each session will allow students to learn new skills and expand their ability to lead.
